Cabo San Lucas Fishing Report, November 29

Striped Marlin everywhere, on the surface eating live baits. Drifting and run and gun tactics are successful. The Gordo Banks are flooded with big Wahoos in the 50lb range as well as schools of Yellowfin Tuna. Dorados are available on both sides of the peninsula. This is the peak season for cabo when the fishing shuts off everywhereb else Cabo holds billfish through the winter. Thanksgiving has passed time to start planning on releasing a marlin for Christmas!!

Cabo Fishing Report November 22

The moon phase is over and the bite is wide open once again. Take your pick fishing, this is the best season for multi - day charters. Wahoo and Yellowfin tuna are stacked up on the inner and outer Gordo Banks. Striped marlin are balling up bait and keeping the birds busy from the lighthouse bank all the way to finger banks. And right off of lands end late season Blue and Black Marlin are biting steadily. Break out the light tackle and lock horns with huge roosterfish on live bait, three days of fishing is just about right.

Cabo San Lucas Fishing Report, November 8

Short run BIG action! Striped marlin balling up bait in front of the lighthouse, making for great live bait fishing. Dorado and Yellowfin tuna available in all directions. Typical catch on the day being three or four billfish, and as many Dorado as you can catch. This type of fishing is tons of fun, not much time in between hook ups.

Cabo San Lucas Fishing Report, November 1

TUNA TIME!! Fluctuations in water temps have shaken things up a bit and have some tournament teams pre fishing a little harder to get the game plan together. The end of last week had giant yellowfin all over the gordo banks. Should be another exciting tournament to end this years season. The stripeys are back and are moving south from mag bay. This year they are met with a steady supply of bait, and a strong temperature break pushing everything in shore. Bait and marlin held up against the beach, like taking candy from a baby!
